Custom Wall Tapestries offers the highest quality woven products at rock-bottom affordable and discount prices. Decor4u.com is our sister online shop and both are a division of MainStreet Unlimited.

To place an order on our website rest assured that you will be using our secure on-line shopping cart to enter your credit card information. Your privacy is important to us and will only be used to process your order by our online bank. We do not even know your credit card number. Our designer is available from 10am to 4pm EST Monday through Friday.

Guarantee/Returns We pride ourselves in offering you only the very highest quality products and always hope that you will be very pleased with your order. Rest assured that you may return anything except our personalized PhotoWeave products. Since the custom PhotoWeave products (all photo products) are specifically woven with your photo or artwork these products may not be returned.

Shipping Damage If any of our products are ever damaged in shipping FedEx and UPS are fast to respond. However, if you like we can help you with this process and we are fast to respond to meet your needs for an exchange of like items. Please send an email to customer-service@custom-wall-tapestries.com or call us at 800 359-3006 and we will begin work on your exchange that very day.

Methods of Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, e-check, money orders and PayPal. Your credit card will be billed under our company name MainStreet Unlimited.

Delivery Time Most products can be expected to arrive at your door in 5 to 7 business days from receipt of your order. Personalized Photo-Weave products arrive in 1 - 2 weeks from receipt of your order and photo image.

Shipping Custom Wall Tapestries uses UPS & FedEx for shipping within the United States. Your package can be expected in 5 to 7 business days upon receipt of your order. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Personalized Photo-Weave Shipping Custom Wall Tapestries uses UPS & FedEx for shipping within the United States. Your package can be expected in 1 - 2 weeks upon receipt of your order. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping Custom Wall Tapestries uses UPS & FedEx for shipping outside of the United States.

August 2008 Store Open for Canadian orders online! An additional $20 for shipping will be charged regardless of order amount. This is a new addition we are very pleased to offer our Canadian friends.

We are working to open up other avenues for online orders in other countries, too. Please let us know if this will make a difference for you. Otherwise, simply call to place an order and we are finding shipping costs are becoming far more possible than they were even a few months ago.

Things are getting better! However, I want to leave this note up since we continue to have a few issues with some countries and the excessive costs to ship. Please read our note below.

NOTE: Since 9/11 our high security issues reflect in the costs to ship outside the United States using UPS & FedEx. We only use UPS & FedEx and each year the costs go up. It is expensive!

EXAMPLE: In 2007 we had a customer order an item for $65 (6lbs package) and normally it ships for $14.95 in the United States. To ship the same 6 pound package to the United Kingdom, FedEx quoted us $102.00 shipping costs. This was the very cheapest available, we know because we checked. So please be aware of these very outrageous costs to ship outside of the United States.

At this time, we will need to chat with all international customers except Canada, to discuss the additional international shipping rates prior to preparing your order. Upon agreement to the additional shipping costs we will be happy to place your order for you.

Sales Tax Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Michigan (6%).

Return or Exchange? Sometimes it happens, but not very often. So, this is what we would like to offer you A FREE EXCHANGE instead of a return, in hopes that you may find something else that you may wish to have.

FREE Exchanges We will pay for return shipping (US, only) when you exchange your Custom Wall Tapestries product for any item greater than or equal in value of your original purchase. No Restocking fee!

Returns If you need to return something and cannot make our exchange offer work for you, please send an email to customersupport@custom-wall-tapestries.com or call us at 800 359-3006 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

We will accept authorized returns for 30 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, sorry no exceptions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer.

Custom Wall Tapestries products must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns. Damages include water marks, loose threads, pulls in the woven products, animal hair, human hair, stains, burns and odors.
